He is an experienced bid writer, a successful procurement and project management consultant and has a wealth of expertise and experience tendering services, works and supplies.

He not only brings the expertise of writing quality PQQs and tender proposals but also has the experience of managing, marking and evaluating tender submissions.

Stephen holds a BSc and a MA in Urban Regeneration. He is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and a certified member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Economic Development.
