New Threshold levels for 2014

The EU has announced new threshold levels which apply for the Procurement Regulations from 1st January 2014. Key threshold levels as of 1st January 2014 include:

 

£4,322,012 for public works

 

£111,676 for central government supplies and services

 

£172,514 for sub-central government supplies and services (this includes local government, fire, police and education

 

New EU Procurement Directives 2014
